In the evenings the restaurant "La Casa Creole" (highly reputated by the Guide Books)serves in the hotel´s dining area. Intense and spicy flavours come from the French Creole islands and such dishes as Acras, Shrimp Martiniquaise, Ginger Steak or fresh Lobster are served. Also to try are the Chef´ speciality French Profiterolles, puffed pastries filled with ice- cream and topped with a hot chocolate sauce.

CAHUITA National Park, white beaches and crystalline blue waters. The coral reef is great for snorkeling where one can see a multitude of unbelievable colours of fish and variety of different plants and marine life. The walk through the park, on its sandy trails, under the shade of giant coniferous trees and coconut trees, gives you the opportunity to see and observe the howler and white- faced monkeys as well as sloths, iguanas etc...
